口腔疾病及口腔卫生习惯与冠心病的研究进展

The advance of study among oral disease and oral hygiene habit and coronary heart disease

近年来口腔疾病与心血管疾病的相关研究受到人们的普遍关注,大量循证医学、分子生物学的阐述、动物实验等已证明口腔疾病的致病菌能直接或间接导致心血管疾病。有研究显示良好的刷牙习惯可以降低口腔疾病的患病率,从而起到预防心血管疾病的效果,但也有研究显示两者之间并无正相关性。现就其相关机制作一综述。

For the past few years,the relationship between oral diseases and cardiovascular diseases is increasingly concerned.The evidences from the studies of a great quantity of cochrane,the explanation of molecular biology and the animal experiment manifests that the pathogenic bacterium of the oral diseases can lead to cardiovascular diseases directly or indirectly.Some studies show that the brushing habits may decrease the prevalence of oral diseases preferably to prevent cardiovascular diseases.But other studies display that there is not corelation between them.This review will briefly summarize the mechanism between them.
