摘要 目的:探讨心理干预对抑郁症患者的康复效果。方法:对60例抑郁症患者进行心理干预,树立正确的认知观念,并采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者干预前后的心理状态和进行疗效评估;观察8周。结果:干预前后患者的强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子分显著优于干预前(均P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可改善抑郁症患者的负性情绪和心理障碍,促进精神康复和社会功能恢复,对预防抑郁症复发有一定的意义。 Objective:To discuss the affection of mental intervention on the rehabilitation efficacy of depressive disorder.Methods:Mental intervention were performed to 60 depressive disorders,while SCL-90 and HAMD were used to evaluate the psychological state of depressive disorder before and after mental interventionl.Results: The scores of obsession,interpersonalsensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid after treatment were much lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Mental intervention can improve the negative emotion and mental disorder of the depression disorder.
