摘要
根据数控机床主运动系统及主轴功率与转矩特性要求,分析了机电串联分段无级调速主运动系统的设计原理与方法。从主传动系统结构网图入手,逐一讨论了串联有级变速公比与电机调速范围之间关系的变化对数控机床主运动系统调速性能的影响,从而确定最佳机床主轴功率与转矩特性匹配方案。
According to characteristics of the main transmission system, spinde power and torque of riumerical control (NC)machines, the article analyzes the principle and approach of designing the stepless speed variation transmissionsystem in electromechanical series. It also tells the effect of changes in the relationship between stepped speed variation ratio and the range of steed variation on the property of speed variation. Then the programme for the power of spindle to match the property of torque is determined.
