摘要
根据具有间隙伺服进给系统数学模型,通过求解微分方程得出平面圆轨迹加工时的实际轨迹方程,并由此分析其轮廓加工误差. 最后用计算机数值仿真和实验验证了所得结果的正确性.
Based on the mathematic models of the feeding servosystem with gap nonlinearity, the practical locus equations are given by solving differential equations under circular locus. The profile machining errors are analyzed in detail. The numerical simulation and experiment show the correctness of above results.
