摘要
根据不确定度评估的通用方法,分析了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定印制线路板中铅含量的不确定度来源,求出影响测定结果的各不确定度分量,将不确定度分量合成给出实验结果不确定度。
The sources of uncertainty in determination of Pb in printed circuit board by Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry（ICP-OES） were analyzed.The contribution of each component to total uncertainty of the measurement was calculated and the results were formulated.
