摘要
富邦金控是目前台湾地区规模最大的金控集团。从20世纪60年代至今,富邦从经营财险公司起步,逐步形成包括保险、银行、投资等全方位金融服务的综合性金融集团。富邦金控成立以来,制定了"3C"发展战略,采取了金融百货、整合营销、战略联盟、并购加速成长和事业群管理等经营策略,充分发挥了集团化经营优势,推动了富邦金控的发展。国内保险公司在集团化建设过程中,应当吸收借鉴富邦金控的发展经验,改革形成综合经营的组织架构,加快构建保险、资产管理、金融服务等多支柱的盈利体系,深入实施大规模的交叉销售,不断完善集团资本补充机制,择机开展战略联盟,全方位推动保险集团化管理水平提升。
Fubon Financial Holding Company (Fubon FHC) is the biggest HFC in Taiwan financial market. In 1960's, Fubon FHC is famous as a property and casualty insurance company. Fubon FHC has turned into an integrated financial services group currently, and its business includes insurance, banking and investment services. During its development, Fubon FHC implied "3C" strategy and adopted 6 tactics, such as one step shopping, cross sales, strategy union, merger and acquisition as well as business group. During the domestic insurance groups collectivizing their group management system, they could learn much from the experience of Fubon FHC, establish an integrated organization structure, formulate a multi-pore profit system including insurance, asset management and financial service, implement cross-selling deeply, improve group asset growing mechanism, and promote the improvement of insurance collectivizing management.
