摘要 在录取压气机特性线时,不可避免地要进入失速/喘振等不稳定工况,但进入后必须尽快退出,以确保设备及压气机的安全。本文首先介绍了某组合压气机在进入喘振工况后不能及时退出的故障现象,接着通过分析查找原因并进行试验验证,最终找到了解决问题的办法。这对今后排除类似故障具有一定的借鉴意义。 Compressor inevitably erect, unsteady obtained through testing. But it must exit unsteady states as soon as possible to insure the security of the test rig and compressor. This paper first describes the trouble phenomena of a centrifugal-axial flow combined compressor to exit surge state, then find out the reasons through analysis and experiment validation, finally presents methods to settle this problem. This can be referential to exclude similar faults for the future.
