摘要
主要介绍了某增压压气机试验件结构设计,包括了重点考虑的关键技术和解决方法,以及试验件首次总装中出现的问题和解决措施。该增压压气机试验件圆满完成试验验证,全面达到设计性能指标,填补了我国增压压气机设计技术的空白,为民用发动机的研制提供了必要的技术储备。
This paper introduced the key technologies and solutions to the design of a LPC rig structure, as well as problems and debugging process in the first assembly of test specimen. The test demonstration was successfully accomplished and designing performance indices were reached. This filled the gap of LPC design technology in china, providing a solid and reliable technology base for the development of civil aero-engines.
