跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗

Open reduction and internal fixation for intra-articular calcaneal fractures

目的：评价切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2000年1月至2009年12月采用切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折32例患者（40足）的临床资料。根据Sanders分型：Ⅱ型20足,Ⅲ型14足,Ⅳ型6足。总结评定其临床疗效。结果：随访9~24个月,平均20个月,根据Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能：优21足,良12足,可5足,差2足,优良率82.5%。结论：采用切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折,有利于早期功能锻炼,可获得较理想的临床疗效。

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods： A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures of 40 feet was performed from January 2000 to December 2009 with.According to Sanders classification,it turned out Ⅱ-type 20 foot,Ⅲ in 14 feet,Ⅳ type 6 feet,and then clinical efficacy was assessed.Results： The results were followed up for 9 to 24 months,averaging 20 months.The effects of treatment were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score： excellent in 21 feet,good in 12 feet,fairly good in 5 feet,poor in 2 feet,the total rate being good to excellent was 82.5%.Conclusion： Open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures is beneficial to early exercise and in turn to get better clinical efficacy.
