细胞老化与椎间盘退变关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 椎间盘细胞老化可导致其细胞功能减退和细胞活性下降,进而引起椎间盘退变。细胞老化可分为复制老化和应激诱导早衰两类。复制老化为细胞老化的固有机制,而应激诱导早衰则加速了老化进程。细胞老化相关信号途径主要有p53-p21-pRb途径和p16-pRb途径两条。此外,最新研究还发现椎间盘细胞老化可能被WNT信号通路调节。因此,通过干预椎间盘细胞老化途径中关键因子的表达来延缓或逆转椎间盘细胞老化,可能成为治疗椎间盘退变的新思路。
