摘要
民办高校已经成为我国高等教育事业的一个重要增长点,民办高校辅导员的作用更加重要,但大部分民办高校的辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设状况不容乐观。这种状况的产生有社会、民办高校及辅导员自身三个方面的原因。民办高校应该转变观念、建章立制,明确辅导员的职业定位;构建辅导员队伍建设的长效机制;健全辅导员队伍的考核评价、激励、管理机制,逐步实现辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化建设。
The civilian-run colleges and universities have been one of the growing points in our country's higher education cause;their instructor's action is getting still more important.However,the professional and specialization constructing condition of the instructor ranks in most part of civilian-run colleges and universities isn't optimistic.The production of such condition has such causes as the society,the civilian-run colleges and universities and the instructor ranks themselves.The civilian-run colleges and universities should change their idea,set up the system,clear the instructor's professional position;set up the long effective mechanism of the instructor rank construction;perfect the evaluation,stimulation and management mechanism and gradually realize the instructor rank's professional and specialization construction.
