为了适应社会与经济的变化以及满足高职生职业发展的需求,高职院校应结合学制,分阶段实施职业指导工作,并通过建立健全组织机制、加强校本师资队伍建设等强化职业指导工作,建立社会、学校、家长和学生四方互动机制,使得高职生成功就业。

In order to adapt to the change of society and economy and meet the need of the vocational development of the students of the higher vocational colleges, the higher vocational colleges should implement vocational guiding work by segmentation, set up the interaction mechanism of society, college, the students＇ parents and the students themselves, so as to make the students successfully get jobs.
