摘要
有关高强高韧钢23CoNi回火后微观组织与力学性能研究已有一些报道,但对该钢在过程中各种碳化物的形成机理与微观组织的演变规律等问题仍不甚清楚。本工作主要研究23CoNi钢在回火早期阶段通过调幅分解形成溶质原子的贫化区和富化区, 并进一步探讨了回火中期逆转变奥氏体的形成规律。
Although some experimental investigation of microcosmic tissue and mechanical properties for ultrahigh strength steel 23CoNi has been reported, there are still pome problems that are not clear on the formation mechanism of several kinds of carbides and the evolving law of microcosmic tissue in the course of tempering Thus, the paper focuses mainly on the investigation of the modulated structure, i e the depleted and rich regions, formed through spinodal decomposition at the early stage of tempering for 23CoNi steel, and delves further into the formation law of reverted austenite in the mid period of tempering
