摘要
通过用钨渣合金铸铁生产磨机的衬板、齿板、锤头、渣浆泵叶轮、护套和护板等耐磨件的生产试验表明,该材质比传统的高锰钢效果好,耐磨性约提高1.5~2.0 倍,成本低30 % 。
With tungsten slagiron alloy,we can produce the wearproof pieces of the grinding machinethe lining plate,gear plate,hammer,slag pulped pump impeller,protective slipcase and protective plate.The trial production of these wearresisting pieces shows that the very alloy is much better than the traditional high manganese steel,with an increase of about 1.5~2.0 times in wear resistance and a decrease of 30 % in cost and the technology very easy.
