肿瘤标志物与子宫内膜异位症的相关研究进展

Progress in the relation between tumor marker and endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是良性疾病而类似恶性病理变化。其病因复杂,诊断亦较困难,且治疗后复发率高,对子宫内膜异位症的发病机制、早期诊断、为寻求更好的治疗方法及预防复发的研究正越来越受到重视,目前在肿瘤标志物方面已进行了广泛研究,许多肿瘤标志物在异位内膜以及周围环境存在高表达。本文就近年来肿瘤标志物与子宫内膜异位症相关研究作一综述。

Endometriosis is a benign disease but it shows similar malignant pathological changes,the causes are complicated,diagnosis and treatment are more difficult and the relapse rate is high.Research has indicated that many tumor marks in the ectopic endometria and surrounding environment is high.Progress of the relation between the tumor markers and endometriosis will be briefly reviewed in this paper.
