摘要 在采用三点卷积幅值修正法[1,6]和比值校正法[2~7]大幅度提高扭振信号幅值分析精度的基础上,研制的一套计算机辅助测试系统,将扭振信号和转速的采集、各谐次信号幅值的提取、曲线拟合有效地合为一体,实现了对多个稳态转速下采集记录的扭振信号进行批处理自动求出发动机扭振特性曲线,大大提高了处理精度和速度,仿真研究和应用实例证明其精度高、自动化程度高、速度快,方便实用。 Torsional vibration is one of the basic form s of vibration in autom obile transm ission system and engine shafting system . Analysis of the characteristics of the torsional vibration based on m easured vibration signals at different rotating speeds is an effectialw ay to diagnose the failure caused by the vibration. On the basis of a considerable increase in processing accuracy ofthe am plitudes ofthe vibration by using the Three Points Convolution and the Ratio Correcting m ethod, a com puter-aided testing system is developed, in w hich the acquisition of the vibration and rotating speed signals, the extraction of theam plitudes ofeach harm onic and thecurve fitting technique are effectively integrated. So the engine torsionalcharacter curve can be obtained autom atically and accurately by processing Multi-Stead-State Torsional Vibration Signals. It is proved by sim ulation and practical applications thatthe system hashigh accuracy (the errorin am plitude islessthan 1% ), high efficiency (the data processing w illbe finished in tw o m inutes after experim ent) and is easy to use.
