从酒店英语教学的原则、内容和手段等三个方面对酒店英语教学进行了初步的探讨。在酒店英语教学中要贯彻系统性、实用性、创新性和以人为本的原则,针对发音体系、背景知识、专业词汇、口语句型、对话、英语思维等教学内容,应采取多媒体教学、小组合作教学、模拟教学、顶岗实习等多种教学手段。

This paper makes an elementary discussion on the Hotel English teaching from three aspects of principle, content anti method, which puts forward that systematic, useful, irmovate and student - cored principles should be followed. Phonetics, background knowledge, specialized vocabulary, sentence patterns, dialogues and English thinking way should be taught and multimedia, group, simulation teaching and job practice should be adooted in the Hotel English teaching.
