我国中小企业创新面临的主要问题——基于四川德阳的实证调查

The Main Problems of Innovation in Chinese Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises——Based on Empirical Investigation of Deyang,Si Chuan Province

依据2009年调查四川德阳716家企业样本的数据,对中小企业创新从创新源、创新动力、创新活动内容、创新投入和产出以及获得政府支持情况等方面进行了分析,总结出存在受益于外部知识源少、创新投入不足、创新内容单一、获得政策支持不够等问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Small-and-medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economic growth, creating employment opportunities and technical innovation. Limited by their own endowments and capabilities and external environmental impact, small-and-medi- um-sized enterprises are facing many problems and challenges. In this paper, according to data of 716 enterprises in Deyang in 2009, the author analyzed problems from aspects of innovation source, innovation power, innovation content, innovation in- put and output. The author concluded the problems of few source, insufficient investment, singular content and less polices support, and put forward relevant suggestions.
