摘要
结合娄烦实际,分析土地流转中存在的问题,提出土地流转的基本模式和土地流转的主要措施,总结土地流转的基本经验,对于促进土地流转具有指导意义。
Combining reality of Loufan County, the authors analyzed existent problems in land circulation, and put forward basic mode and main measures, which had instructional sense to promote land circulation.
