Evaluation of Urban Land Use Beneifits of Chengdu and Chongqing

以成都市和重庆市土地利用为例,建立城市土地利用综合效益评价指标体系,应用层次分析法中的权的最小平方法对重庆和成都市土地利用综合效益进行评价.研究表明,2000—2007年,成渝城市土地利用综合效益持续增长;与成都市相比,重庆市土地利用单项效益和综合效益都比较低,且增长较慢,仍有较大提升空间.结合两市土地利用现状,提出优化土地利用、提高土地利用综合效益的对策.

Intensively and high efficiently using urban land has been the important means to solve the contradictions between man and land.However,the study of benefits evaluation of urban land use and the countermeasures to improve the multiple efficiency are not mature enough.Taking Chengdu and Chongqing as an example,the evaluation system for urban land use integrated benefits is established.By applying the weighted least-square method of AHP,the evaluation of land use multiple efficiency of Chengdu and Chongqing is carried out.The results show that the economic,ecological and environmental benefits and integrated benefits for land use all increased during 2000-2007.As compared with Chengdu city,the economic,ecological and environmental benefits and integrated benefits were lower in Chongqing city,and increased slower,which remains to be improved.Suggestions are offered to realize high multiple efficiency and allocating the land reasonably.
