提出了一种在不中断生产的情况下,完成非电子仪表的计算机化判读和处理的系统方法,介绍了该方法的结构组成,以及利用图象识别技术识别手写英文字母的表类型判断模块,阐述了三种判读表值的方法:步长法,圆周灰度检测法,消除背景法.
This paper presents a systematic method with which computerized reading, judging and processing on non electronic measuring instruments can be realized without pausing the production. It introduces the hardware of the system, and the recognition of the hand written letters that stand for instrumentation types. Also, three algorithms are given with which to read the instrumentation panel values: step length ,circle gray detecting,gray contrast,deleting background
