摘要
文中叙述了小型抗振石英晶体振荡器,它的输出频率为204.8kHz,在-40℃~85℃的温度范围内总频率误差小于20×10-6。为适应弹上的工作条件,在设计中采用了3.2768MHz高频晶体和CMOS集成电路做为振荡和频率部分,并在结构设计和安装中做了一些改进。简化了晶体振荡器的技术程序和提高了它的可靠性。分析了晶振的工作情况,介绍了它的电路参数和设计原理及实验中出现的主要问题。结果表明:小型抗振石英晶体振荡器满足了设计和工作要求。
The paper presents a small vibration-proof clock crystal oscillator, which output frequencyis 204.8 kHz and total frequency error is less than 20 × 10-6 within a temperature range of -40℃^+85℃. Also covering in this paper are corresponding operating conditions in missiles. In the design a 3.276 8 MHz high-frequency crystal and a CMOS integrated circuit serving for both oscillation and frequency-division have been adopted. Some improvements on the structural design and mounting have beenmade, simplifying the technological process and increasing the reliability of the crystal oscillator. Theoscillation conditions of the CMOS crystal oscillator are analyzed and the design principle of the circuitparameters and the main problems arising in the experiment are introduced. The test results have shownthat the crystal oscillator involved meets the design and operating requirements.
