摘要
本文将波登管的压力增敏作用与光纤光栅悬臂梁调谐技术相结合,采用光纤光栅调谐滤波检测方法,设计了一种高灵敏度光纤光栅压力传感器,在 0~ 12 MPa的压力变化范围内,光纤布拉格光栅中心波长的改变与压力成良好的线性关系,获得了压力灵敏系数为-1. 79×10^(-4)/MPa,比裸光栅提高了两个数量级;借助高灵敏度的光纤光栅可调谐滤波器,压力测量的分辨力可达0.015 MPa。
Designed a high-sensitivity Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) pressure by combining Bourdon tube with FBG cantilever beam tunable technology and using tunable FBG filter. In the pressure range of 12 Mpa, the wavelength shift of FBG is linear with the pressure of the medium. The measured pressure sensitivity is - 1. 79× 10-4/MPa, which is tow orders of magnitude higher than a simple monomode fiber with an in-fiber grating. The resolution of pressure measurement based on high-sensitivity tunable FBG filter is 0. 015MPa.
