股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法对49例股骨远端骨折患者均采用股骨髁支撑钢板内固定以及术后早期功能锻炼等方法。结果 49例患者手术时间为120~180min,平均150min。全部病例获得随访,随访时间12~24个月,平均18个月。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间18周。功能恢复良好,采用Merctmn评分:优36例,良9例,一般3例,差1例,优良率为91.8%。未发生接骨板弯曲断裂、筋膜综合征、感染、骨畸形愈合,骨不连等并发症。结论股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨远端骨折是一种疗效理想可靠的方法。 Objective To investigate the treatment of femoral condylar buttress plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures.Methods Forty-nine cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with femoral condylar buttress plate fixation,and early postoperative functional exercise methods.Results All patients were followed up for 12~24 months,an average of 18 months,using Merctmn score,all fractures healed,good functional recovery,excellent in 36 cases,good in 9 cases,generally in 3 cases,poor in 1 cases 91.8% excelleat and good rate,the average healing time of fracture 18 weeks,plate bending fracture did not occur,fascia syndrome,infection,bone malunion,nonunion complications.Conclusion The treatment of femoral condylar buttress plate of distal femoral fractures is an effective and reliable method ideal.
