试论我国中小学科学教育改革的基本对策

Basic Strategy for Science Educational Reform in China's Schools

加强科学教育已成为当今世界教育改革的核心内容。我国中小学科学教育的现状不能适应科技时代的发展要求。必须从转变观念、确立科学教育的核心理念,优化课程结构、实现科学课程的综合化,营造科学教育的校园文化环境,加强"做中学"、提高学生学习科学的兴趣与能力以及提高教师自身的科学素养等方面加强科学教育的改革,以便从根本上提高中小学生的科学素养。

The present situation of China＇s science education can not satisfy the development of science and technology. Such strategies must be taken to fundamentally improve students＇ science quality as establishment of scientific educational idea, optimization of course structure, realization of course comprehensiveness, creation of school cultural environment, emphasis on learning by doing, improvement of students＇ interest and competence, enhancement of teachers＇ science accomplishment and so on.
