The teaching and study model of ＂five links and three steps＂ is school-based and effective in educational and scientific research. Five links refer to preparation, performance, lecture, assessment, and reflection. Three steps indicate preview before class, exploration in class, and practice after class. The model sticks to the idea of ＂all for students＇ development＂, focusing on combination of five links and three steps for efficient teaching and teacher＇s development.
