高频喷射通气配合酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭

High-Frequency Jet Ventlaion Combined with Regitine and Dobutamine in Treating Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure of Chronic Cor Pulmonale (Abstract)

本文通过高频喷射通气(HFJV)配合酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性肺心病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的研究,将30例慢性肺心病Ⅱ型呼衰患者分为高频通气加酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺两组进行观察,通气时间为4小时。结果表明:通气后两组PaO_2均明显上升(P<0.01),单纯高频通气组PaCo_2无显著变化(P>0.05),高频通气加酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺静滴可使PaCO_2下降(P<0.05),高频通气加酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺是一种治疗慢性肺心病Ⅱ型呼衰较为理想的方法。

High—frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) combined with intravenous administration of Regitine and Dobutamine was appliecl to treat type Ⅱ respiratory failure resulted from chronic cor pulmonale. Thirty patients were divided into two groups, group-1 was treated by HFJV and group-2 by HFJV combined with intravenous administration of regitine and dobutamine. The results showed that PaO_2 was increased markedly (P<0.01) and PaCO_2 skowed no significant difference after treatment in group 1, While in group 2, P_aO_2 was raisd to a ideal level and PaCO_2 decreased significantly (P<0.05). It is concluded that HFJV combined with intravenous administration of Regitine and Dobutamine could be successfully applied to treat patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.
