高频振荡通气(HFOV)对动物模型ARDS血气效应及其临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 7只成犬以油酸(0.1mg/kg.B·W)静脉注入诱发ARDS,使用GJ-Ⅱ型HFO呼吸机,选用不同频率和驱动压,观察其血气效应。结果油酸诱发严重肺实质病变,出现严重低血氧症,HFO使低血氧症明显改善,而且频率对改善似较驱动压的作用明显。应用临床1例,MVR术后病人,第三天出现严重低血氧症(ARDS),经气管切开,气管内给HFO,长达37小时,病人康复出院。 7 dogs were introduced to develop ARDS by intravenous injection of oleic acid (in dose of 0.1mg/kg B. W.). Then, the GJ-Ⅱ type HFOV was applied with different frequencies and driving pressures. The results showed the most satisfactory increment of PaO_2, and no retention of CO_2; and, its frequencies would rather act much effective than its driving pressures. In clinical, a case of MVR, during 3rd day after the operation, developed serious respiratory distress, by way of intracheotomy, the HFOV was applied and lasted for 37 hours. The patient recovered well.
