摘要
针对同钢种的两组20Cr钢试样在锻造时性能出现明显差异的现象,研究了冶炼工艺、化学成份、加热温度对20Cr钢奥氏体晶粒大小的影响,找出了造成20Cr钢试样锻造开裂的主要原因,为20Cr钢生产工艺的改进提供了技术依据。
According to the significant difference in performance of two sets of 20Cr steel specimens during forging, the paper studied the effect of smelting process, chemical composition and heating temperature on austenite grain size of 20Cr steel. The main reasons for forging cracks of 20Cr steel were found out. It provided technical reference for improving the production process of 20Cr steel.
