ANP方法在商业银行现金管理业务中的应用

文章基于网络分析法(ANP)对商业银行现金管理业务评价研究。运用ANP方法构建了商业银行现金管理业务指标体系,并借助Super Decisions软件建立网络评价模型,进而确定了各指标的权重值,根据各指标的权重值大小判断其对商业银行现金管理业务的影响程度,最后以某国有股份制商业银行五家一级分行为例,实证分析结果证明了ANP在商业银行现金管理业务评价中的可行性和适用性。

This paper is to propose a evaluation method for the commercial bank＇s cash management business based on the analytic network process（ANP）.Firstly,The commercial bank＇s cash management business of appraisal target system is established in using ANP;Secondly,it is established networking evaluation model with super decision,and determine the weight value of the indicators;Finally,according to the size of values judged influence of the insurance commercial bank＇s cash management business,and then five the branches at provincial level of the state-owned shareholding commercial bank are taken as examples,the empirical analysis results show that ANP is feasible and suitable in evaluation of commercial bank＇s cash management business.
