武汉市巡警现场急救知识培训需求与效果分析

An Analysis of the Demanding and Effect of On-site First Aid Training and Utilization of Patrols in Wuhan City

目的:研究城市巡警现场急救知识培训效果及应用影响因素,提出建立现场急救知识培训模式建议。方法:对某省会城市发放问卷了解城市巡警对现场急救知识培训内容、培训形式、培训时间等需求情况,制定培训计划,培训前后进行急救知识测评,比较培训前后现场急救知识掌握情况是否存在差异。结果:培训前后城市巡警现场急救知识考核成绩有显著差异(<0.001),具有统计学意义。结论:对城市巡警实施现场急救知识培训,效果显著。应建立长效机制和完善的培训体系,并充分考虑法律保障。

Objective： To analyze the influential factors of on-site first aid training and utilization effect,and give suggestions on the building of on-site first aid training pattern.Method： A questionnaire survey was conducted in city patrol at a provincial capital city to find out their requirements including comments,patterns and time of on-site first aid training,which made the training schedule formulated.Patrols＇ on-site first aid ability and knowledge were evaluated,and differences were analyzed between the pre-and the post-training.Result： Compared to that of the pre-training,the results of the post-training had significant differences in city patrol（P〈0.001）.Conclusion： On-site first aid training had an obvious effect on city patrol.Long-time organization and consummate training system should be established,meantime,legal protection should be taken into account.
