新医改背景下临床医学生就业意向的调查分析

Research on the Medical Students' Employment Intentions under the Situation of the New Health Care Reform

目的:了解临床医学生就业意向的情况和特点,并结合新医改的要求探讨新形势下临床医学生应具备的能力和素质。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,以问卷形式调查同济医学院五年制和八年制的在读医学生共185名,对学校就业指导中心负责人进行深度访谈。结果:被调查者对专业前途及就业形势总体较乐观,但随着学制变低和年级增大造成的对前途不确定性越明显;被调查者对自身认识不够,重技能而轻素质;被调查者的基层意识欠缺,择业时最看重"经济收入高"和"职业稳定"。结论:注重医学生综合素质的提高,培养符合社会需求的临床医学人才;改进就业指导,使就业指导全面化、长期化;完善政府投入,提高基层医疗机构吸纳人才的能力。

Objective： Understand the employment intentions and characteristics of medical students.Discuss what capacity and quality should they have under the situation of the new healthcare reform.Methods： By means of random sampling,we selected 185 five-year and eight-year students in Tongji Medical College,which is to be questionnaire survey.Then we also took an in-depth interview towards the head of school career center.Results： Respondents are optimistic to their future on the whole,but with the educational system reduced and academic year increased students＇ uncertainty to their future are more obvious;Respondents value skill and quality;Respondents lack of basic awareness,thinking ＂high income＂ and ＂Work stability ＂ are most important when finding job.Conclusion： Schools should strengthen the concept of Total Quality Training;Schools should improve career guidance,making it comprehensive and long-term;The government＇s investment to basic should be improved.
