摘要
教育领域现行的学术评价制度造成了教育理论研究的泛滥,却没有很好地促进教育实践。应针对教育自身的性质,打破单一的学术量化评价制度,建立既能考察学者理论水平,又能体现实践效能的评价制度。这对革除目前教育研究的"书斋化"倾向和解决理论与实践相脱节的矛盾具有重要的意义。
Nowadays the academic appraisal system in educational domain has resulted in the unchecked spreading of education theories,as well as the waste of scholars'energy and national resources.According to the educational nature,we should break the sole academic quantification appraising system,and establish a new system that can survey scholar's theoretical level,and inspect the scholar' ability to instruct the practice.It has vital practical significance to abolish the education research's tendency to lose contact with reality and solve the problem of divorcing education theory from its practice.
