散热片热水管路安装连接方式问题及改进建议

摘要 实施居民住宅供热分户计费政策后,新建居民住宅套内各房间散热片之间多为串联连接方式。若散热片集箱连接进出水的热水取暖采用"皿"字型安装连接方式,则存在供暖水流主体短路问题,散热片内水体处于仅仅依靠冷热水重度差自然循环上下缓慢运动模式,散热片内总的水体平均温度低、供暖效果差。通过技术改进,使进出口分别位于上集箱和下集箱,此时,散热片内水体处于强制流动模式,同时提高控制阀密封性能并及时排气,并给出了可调节型散热器的设计方案。 After family charging policy in residential heat-supply are released and implemented,the heat radiators in rooms of new constructed residential houses are mostly connected in series.If the installations of hot-water inlet and outlet,headers are located on bottom,the problem of short circuit may appear,the water in radiator flows up and down slowly by the specific gravity difference between hot water and cooling water so that the average water temperature in heat radiator is lower and the heating system has bad effects.The method for improvement is that inlet and outlet should be separately placed to upper header and lower header,and that the water in radiator is forced to flow.The sealing performance of air release valves is also required to be improved and exhausting action is timely.Design scheme of adjustable radiator is presented in this paper and is expected to get quantitative research from professional person.
