摘要
应用基于静态有限元分析的滚动阻力计算方法,通过Abaqus/CAE建模,进行稳态滚动分析,对得到的轮胎橡胶部件的应力和应变数据进行傅里叶级数分解,计算转动1周的滚动阻力。结果表明,稳态滚动模型分析结果与试验值很接近;适当降低三角胶高度、减小负荷和增大充气压力有利于减小滚动阻力。
Based on the rolling resistance computational method using static state FEA and modeling by Abaqus/CAE,the stable state rolling was analyzed,the stress and strain data were converted by Fourier transform,and then the rolling resistance for tire was calculated.The analysis result from modeling was similar to test result.It was found that proper decrease of the height of bead filler and load,and increase of the inflation pressure were beneficial to reducing the rolling resistance.
