摘要 介绍18.00-25 40PR无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 670 mm,断面宽462 mm,行驶面宽度430 mm,行驶面弧度高23 mm,胎圈着合直径632 mm,胎圈着合宽度330 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.853 6,采用八角花纹,花纹深度55 mm,花纹饱和度78%,花纹周节数28。施工设计:胎体采用20层2100dtex/2V1锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布;采用LCX-5型半芯轮式成型机成型,硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 A design of 18.00-25 40PR tubeless OTR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 670 mm,cross sectional width 462 mm,width of running surface 430 mm,height of running surface 23 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm,bead width at rim seat 330 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.853 6,with the design of octagon pattern,pattern depth 55 mm,block/groove ratio 78%,number of pattern pitch 28.In construction design,the following processes were taken:20 layers 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply,2 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 dipped cord for breaker ply;using LCX-5 type semi-flat building machine to build tires,and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard.
