摘要
从运动心理学的角度做为出发点,结合运动训练学的训练方法,从而总结出适用于青少年运动员情绪调节、针对比赛的多种心理训练方法,有助于增强运动员的心理技能,保持良好的心理状态,使青少年运动员在比赛中保证自己技术、战术水平的发挥。
This paper sums up a variety of mental training methods for toyoung athletes to adjust their emotion in games from the perspective of sports psychology as a starting point and combined with training method of sports training,which is helpful to enhance the athlete's mental skills,and to keep a good state of mind so that they may ensure to exert their technology and tactical level in the race.
