地衣香料研究的进展

Developments in studying of the lichens

本文分四个方面详细介绍了地衣香料研究的进展: 1.地衣香料植物资源,2.地衣香料产品的加工和种类,3.香气成分及其它化合物,4.橡苔在香料上的应用。我国地衣植物资源丰富,约有分属200余属的2000多种地衣。根据初步的化学分析和评价,隶属于4个科的8个属的许多种地衣植物均能作为地衣香料植物资源加以开发和利用。现在已开发利用了中国树苔和橡苔Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号等地衣香料产品。

The recent developments in studying of the lichens in four fields are reviewed: (1) the lichen plant resources, (2)manufacture and types of lichen perfumery products, (3)odorous principles and other chemical compounds. and(4) application of oakmoss products in Perfumery. China is rich in lichen plant resources. There are about more than 2000 species of lichen Plants, belonging to 200 genera. Many species from 8 genera of 4 families can be used for producing lichen perfumery products based on the preliminary chemical analysis and evaluation. Now, 'Chinese tree moss' from Ramalina fastigata, 'Chinese oakmoss No. 1' from Evernia mesomorpha and 'Chinese oakmoss No. 2' from Cetraria strum nepalensis, etc. have been exploited and utilized in perfumery.
