Making Efforts to Actualize the Effect Preservation and the Rational Development of Mineral Resources

文章对我国矿产资源的现状、特点及其严峻形势进行了分析， 进而提出必须实行有效保护和合理开发利用。强调要提高自觉性， 加大执法力度， 抓好宏观调控， 做好事前监督，强化科学管理， 提高利用效率， 加强矿山生态环境保护。

On the basis of an analysis of the status,characteristics and the present condition of China's mineral resources,this paper points out that it is essential to actualize the effect preservation and the rational development of mineral resources.Discussed in the paper are such matters as enhancing the awareness,the law enforcement,government regulation and supervision,effective management and use,as well as ecological environment protection of mines.
