为了提高企业工作效率和管理水平．建立基于SOLServer的任务管理系统彻底改变所有员工过去被动、等待任务的工作习惯，为各级管理人员实时检查员工的工作状况提供平台，使考核结果更加公平，指引员工向企业战略目标的方向前进。
In order to improve the company efficiency and management, constructs the task management system based on SQL Server, changes all the staffs working habits passive and waiting for the task in the past. For all levels of management provides a platform for real-time checking the working conditions of employees, in order to get a more equitable assessment result, guidelines for employees to advance in the direction corporate strategic objectives.
