利用CAE软件对汽车后轮罩内板进行拉延成形分析,通过分析结果的反馈,调整和优化模具设计参数、坯料下料尺寸、成形工艺和拉延筋的布置等,避免拉延时出现拉裂、起皱等破坏形式,最后一次试模成功。

CAE software was used to make deep-drawing analysis on the inner panel of a vehicle rear wheel cover.Based on the result,the die＇s design parameters,blank size,shaping process and arrangement of draw bead were optimized and thus defects like tension crack and wrinkling were avoided.
