摘要
分析了汽车加强板冲压工艺性,确定了工艺方案及模具结构,介绍了复合模的设计过程和模具关键部位的结构设计。其设计结果对实际生产起到了良好的效果。
The stamping manufacturability of an automobile reinforcing plate was analyzed and a process scheme and die structure were determined.The design process of key die parts was stated.
