摘要
分析了蝴蝶盖的结构及成型工艺,研究了塑件合理的工艺方案,探讨了模具结构及螺纹脱模机构的优化设计方案,使塑件生产效率提高30%以上,且塑件质量良好。实践结果表明:模具设计方案合理、结构紧凑、动作可靠,且制造成本得到有效控制。
The structure and forming technique of a butterfly-shaped cap were analyzed.A feasible process scheme was studied and an optimized mould design plan with stripping by thread mechanism was discussed.The application of the structure can enhance the production efficiency by more than 30%.
