摘要 食物权是人人享有的获得充分的食物的权利。该权利的产生和发展经历了一个从反射性利益到概括式授权,再从困境到勃兴的漫长过程。食物权的提出不仅归因于全球粮食危机,也由于古代食物保障思想以及近代自然权利理论的浸淫和催生。食物权提出后并没有立即成为反饥饿公共论坛上的主要概念,这一现象与食物权的概括性授权与人权条约监督机构存在的缺陷有紧密联系。食物权的勃兴则主要归功于联合国相关机构对食物权的规范性阐释。随着人权条约监督机制的进一步完善,相信食物权会更加受到重视。 The right to food is a human right for everyone to acquire adequate food.Its generation and development has experienced a long process from reflective interest to general authorization,and from dilemma to its speedy development.The birth of the right to food results not only from the situation of global food crisis,but also from the thought of food security in ancient times and natural rights theory spreading quickly at present.The birth of right to food did not become the focus of anti-hungry forum immediately because of its generally authorizing and the imperfect of human rights treaty monitoring bodies.It is the normal interpretation that contributes to its speedy development.With the perfection of monitoring bodies for human rights treaty,we believe that the right to food will be paid more and more attention to.
