脉冲多普勒超声心功法对大学生不同高度台阶实验测试效度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用脉冲多普勒超声心脏结构及心脏功能检测的方法对台阶实验台阶高度的合理性和测试效度进行研究。方法:选取男性健康大学生67人,分为:A组,身高低于170cm;B组,身高170-180cm;C组,身高>180cm。受试者分别利用三种高度(35cm;40cm;45cm)的台阶测定台阶指数,并同步进行安静时、中等负荷脉冲多普勒心功能测试,与台阶指数进行相关性检验(p<0.05)。结果:不同身高的学生在采用不同高度台阶试验,所得台阶指数有显著差异。A组的学生用35cm高度的台阶;B组的学生用40cm高度的台阶;C组的学生采用45cm高度的台阶,分别得出的台阶指数与各自的超声心功能结果相关性最高。结论:台阶高度作为影响负荷强度的重要指标直接影响台阶指数,应根据不同身高选择相应的台阶高度以提高心功能测试的效度。建议身高<169cm的学生用35cm的台阶;身高170-180cm的学生用40cm的台阶;身高>180cm的学生用45cm的台阶。 Object:This study was to examine the cardiac structure and function by pulsed Doppler.We looked on these results as the standard,then evaluated the reasonableness of the step height in the step experiment.Method: Choose 45 healthy male college students,separated them into 3 groups(group A,B and C)on average by the difference of height.Group A: lower than 170cm;group B: range from 170cm to 180cm;group C: higher than 180cm.Everyone experienced three different height step examinations(35cm,40cm and 45cm).And by this everyone received three kinds of step index,worthwhile,examined the cardiac structure at rest and after moderate exercise intensity.Made correlations between step index and ejection fraction(EF) or fraction shortening.(significance at p0.05 level).Results: Everyone received three different step index by experience three different height step examinations.Group A,35cm;group B,40cm and group C use 45cm height step have the most significant.Conclusions: We suggest that the students whose height are lower than 169cm,during the course of step experiment,should use 35cm step;and height from 170 to 180cm,use 40cm step;higher than 180cm,use 45cm step.
