摘要 为了节能降耗、降低厂用电率,进而提高上网竞争力,对1#,2#机组凝结水泵进行了变频改造。结合高压变频器的工作原理,从多方面详细介绍了凝结水泵变频改造的技术方案,并对凝结水泵改造前后的运行数据进行了对比分析,结果表明,凝结水泵采用变频控制具有良好的经济效益和技术性能。此次成功改造也充分说明,电厂设备采用变频技术具有广阔的应用前景。 The condensate pump converter reform of our eompanyls unit 1 ^# and unit 2^ # was carried out for saving energy and reducing consumption, thus improving the grid competitiveness. Combining the working principle of high-voltage converter, the technical scheme of condensate pump converter reform was introduced in detail from multiple aspects. The operation data of condensate pump around reform were compared and ana- lyzed. The results show that the condensate pump adopting frequency conversion control has good economic benefits and technical performance. The successful reform also adequately indicates that the equipment of power plant adopting converter technology has wide application prospects.
