对国有大中型企业技术创新几个基本问题的研究

An Exploration of some Basic Problems in Technology Innovation by the State owned Large and Medium sized Enterprises

国有大中型企业是国民经济的重要支柱， 其技术创新问题不仅直接关系到企业本身的生存发展， 而且间接关系到我国综合国力和国际竞争力的提高。本文正是从此出发对国有大中型企业技术创新目标、能力、战略、动机、风险及模式等基本问题进行了初步研究， 并提出了一些改革思路。

The state owned large and medium sized enterprises form the significant mainstay of national economy.Technology innovation in these enterprises is concerned not only directly with the survival and development of themselves,but also indirectly with the strengthening of our comprehensive national power and the international competitive force.This article deals with such matters as the goals,the capacity,the strategies,the motivations,the risks and the models of technology innovation by these enterprises.It also gives some thinkings of reforms in the field.
