摘要
采用不同方法对维纶基大豆纤维与维纶进行了鉴别,并对两者的物理性能和化学性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:用燃烧鉴别法、显微镜观察法、化学溶解法、药品着色法和红外吸收光谱法都能鉴别区分维纶基大豆纤维与维纶;维纶基大豆纤维的干、湿态初始模量和断裂强度小于维纶,而其干、湿态断裂伸长率均大于维纶;在纤维与纤维静摩擦中,维纶基大豆纤维的静摩擦因数和静、动摩擦因数之差Δμ均大于维纶,表明维纶基大豆纤维的抱合力比维纶好,但平滑性比维纶差;维纶基大豆纤维的卷曲率、卷曲弹性回复率和残留卷曲率均大于维纶;维纶基大豆纤维的耐热性比维纶差,而其染色性能比维纶好,且染料的选用范围比较广。
The vinylon-base soybean fiber and PVA fiber were identified by various method,and their mechanical and chemical performances were tested and analyzed.The results show that identification of vinylon-base soybean fiber and PVA fiber could adopt several methods involving flame identifying,microscope observation,chemical dissolution,medical color and infrared radiation spectrum.The dry and wet original modulus and breaking strength of vinylon-base soybean fiber were lower than that of PVA fiber,and its breaking elongation was higher than that of PVA fiber.The static friction factor of vinylon-base soybean fiber and its difference of static friction factor and dynamic friction factor(Δμ) was larger than that of PVA fiber,it means that the cohesion and dyeing property of vinylon-base soybean fiber are better than that of PVA fiber and its smoothness and heat resistant is poorer than that of PVA fiber,and the crimp ratio and elastic crimp recovery as well as residue crimp ratio are larger than that of the latter,and the selection range of dyes applied for the former is more wide.
