齿轮泵的虚拟装配与运动学仿真

摘要 在Pro/E环境下对齿轮泵进行了三维建模、虚拟装配和干涉检验。对于装配元件在装配过程中出现的两种干涉情况,分析了造成干涉的原因并消除了干涉。此外,在机构模块中对齿轮泵进行了运动学仿真,分析了运动构件的位移、速度和加速度随时间的变化情况。齿轮泵的虚拟装配与运动学仿真有利于尽早发现和避免设计以及装配中存在的缺陷,从而保证齿轮泵在实际生产中的装配可行性,并可为研究其运动性能和动力性能提供必要的依据。 In this paper, three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly and interference detection are performed for the gear pump based on Pro/E. For the two interference cases appeared in the assembly process,the reasons are analyzed, and the inerferences are eliminated. In addition, kinematics simulation for the gear pump is implemented utilizing the mechanism mod- ule of Pro/E, in which the variations of the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration of the moving components are ana- lyzed. Virtual assembly and kinematics simulation are benefit for finding as well as avoiding defects in the design and assembly of the gear pump in advance, which can ensure the feasibility of assembly in actual production and provide necessary references for the study of movement properties and dynamic performance for the gear pump.
