摘要
重点介绍机床行业中伺服电机的选型分析方法,从机床负载的运动状态和惯量匹配的角度出发,分析伺服电机的各项工作参数确定的计算方法,通过在多种机床产品上的应用验证,达到了机床所要求的位置精度(定位、重复定位精度)和伺服响应特性(低速、高速、空载、负载)的目的,从而实现机床伺服驱动系统的优化配置。
The selection method of servo motors in machine tool industry is introduced in this paper. From perspective of the motion state and inertia match of the load of machine tools, the calculation method of the determination of working parameters of servo motors is analyzed. Through a variety of applied verification of machine tools in our company, the machine position accuracy required (positioning, repeat positioning accuracy) and servo response characteristics (low-speed, high-speed, no load, load) are reached, the optimal allocation of servo drive system on machine tools are achieved.
